The Asociación para el Estudio de la Medicina Vascular en España, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY of the website, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE PARTY, presents the current document to the users, with which it attempts to compliment the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), State Bulletin No. 166, as well as to inform all the users of the website as regards its conditions of use.
Everyone that accesses this website assumes the role of user, and is obliged to strictly observe and comply with the regulations set out here, as well as with any other legal regulation that may apply.
The Foundation for the Study of Thromboembolic Disease (FUENTE) reserves the right to modify any type of information that could appear on the website, without there being any obligation to give advance notice or notifying the users of these obligations, being understood as sufficient with the publication on the website by the Foundation for the Study of Thromboembolic Disease (FUENTE).

An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it is connected to the Internet. 4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In order to resolve all controversies or questions related to the present website or activities developed in it, it will be subject to Spanish law, to which the parties are expressly  subjected, the Courts and Tribunals nearest to  Pozuelo de Alarcón being able for resolving all conflicts arising or related to its use.
